This ensures the bleach reaches all the crevices of your mouth, which will whiten all of your teeth and not the just the main parts. The dentist will tell you how often and how long to use your teeth whitening paste and trays. Usually, the treatment will last a couple weeks of bleaching an hour per day. After that, you should be able to see a modest increase in whiteness. Teeth whitening paste is not an overnight method of teeth whitening. There is no overnight method of teeth whitening.

Another method of application of teeth whitening paste is through the use of strips. These strips are coated with the teeth whitening paste and then placed over the teeth that are to be whitened. The strips will stick to your teeth and you should leave them on for however long the instructions say. Teeth whitening paste on strips is an over the counter method of teeth whitening. Dentists generally do not sell teeth whitening strips, but there are exceptions. But note, the teeth whitening strips can be bought from any drug store, so try there to get cheaper teeth whitening paste with strips before going to your dentist. In the end, if you use the teeth whitening paste as instructed, you should see a great improvement in the whiteness of your teeth!
